I think u get the idea, when the set of sentries cost 200g, it was very hard to afford Courier 2xObs Regen AND Sentries, but now u can squeeze in one sentry to deward block / offlane ward / mid ward without sacrificing too much regen or stats to do that.
Ofc earlier u could go Courier 2xObs Sentry(200g) Tango Clarity which is okey for some heroes, but then if u pool 2 tangoes to mid too u have literally no regen for urself remaining. With only 1 sentry u can get either another set of tangoes or salve to compensate.

I guess its less common in lower level games to scout enemy warding or blocking camp or even having wards with offlaner so theres a point not going for level1 sentries. Fair enough.
But like u said heroes like BH Brood etc. Who want to have sentries to deward enemy sentries for safer laning and so on.

After trying it both ways, I think I prefer starting with a salve to a circlet on Weaver. Partly because I don't usually buy a stick until after flying courier and partly because I like trading damage as a Weaver with a ring.
I really like 3 sticks, circlet, salve, tangos. One set of tangos is definitely not enough for most lanes, and having 3 sticks is not only useful early but for your last tango you can eat the bobross tree, and optionally get an early wand depending on lane. But the stats are really useful, kinda like on morphling.
If you can't tell, I'm taking an extremely more laid back work process for the guides. Less regular updates, less minor adjustment between patches.

From 7.00 to 7.02, you could create your own personal cloud build and it still wouldn't show. Only community-voted ones. The new system just highlights that almost no guide for every individual hero is not even updated to 7.00 except for this project's.
with 7.02, the builds are in mostly working order (Monkey King just got fixed), but I think that the system was so far in neglect that most people give up beyond making 'scratch' versions.
