Feel like we need a tread for this tournament. But Secret again trash TL in first match. Wanted to see more close match so chose FTM vs HR, was so dissopointed by FTM kossing 0-2. Not giving Iceberg a playermaker (Iceberg is raising now my favorit players to watch)

I take french fries with that!
ppd commentary is really nice! Also because you want close matches, maybe the first map of Winstrike vs. Cyber Legacy is something. But I admit it is more wonky plays on both sides; but entertaining!

lol, almost identical drafts. And different outcomes.

I didn't watch the games, but I don't understand why teams don't put Secret under pressure. They are always allowed to control the tempo of the games and needless to say, that is the primary win condition in these trash patches of Dota 2.

The question is how can you do this? In a straight 1vs1 all their players seems to be superior or at least even in terms of skill regardless which Squad they are facing.
Liquid did pressure Matu in the 1st game and had some nice kills on him and CK is not really the hero which can fall back into jungle for recovery, but at the cost that Nisha was freefarming on his Beastmaster and zai got a decent laning stage as well for his QoP, so Matu was able to recover. 2nd game Liquid killed the cores of Secret 10 times during the first 13 minutes(5xMatu, 4xZai and 1xNisha) and one good teamfight for Secret around the 20 Minute mark turned it around completely and Liquids lead was gone.
As long as the opponent is not outnumbering Secret in a lane it always feels like Secret is getting more out of it + their supports are somehow getting farm as well and have at least one item before the 20 minutes mark.

Topson back. Midone moved to offlane so still double ping

Another bad Void game by Sumail, does not suit OG style.

topson beyond godlike with eblade/dagon tiny in his first game back lol
|
man, ftm seems really close to breaking into the top tier, really impressed by them over the past week or so

Feels like OG is the only team that doesn't understand the patch at all. They take a lot of towers, for nothing but being caught out outnumbered repeatedly.

Nigma-Fan here, I can feel you!
EDIT: General with a great game on Clockwerk. So many crucial hookshots and cogs...

I am not sure I understand about the tri-lane against a clockwerk, if you are not gonna use it to get farm on N0tail in jungle.

OG so far getting outplayed and outbrained by ftm lol
|
Did SF 1 shot notail at the end of the game haha
swaggerfiend this game

At least Saksa had a good game. I don't understand why OG keep drafting to make their conditions worse, when this patch is so favoring tempo and team fight. It's like they still think there are any feasible comeback mechanics. So frustrating seeing them getting stomped for the same patch reasons over and over again.

tbh, topson was pretty lackluster in g2 and 3
