Definitely bad in games 3 and 4. He had many unnecessary deaths despite having the escape mechanisms to survive. Lich pick was OK. Its easy to blame lich's irrelevance but I'd say the reason why he is so is because of puck and lc not doing well enough. Also I think I counted 3 times when super did a super in game 4. i have no idea why aui played lich instead of ogre if he wasnt going to adjust his playstyle based on his hero

Imo the difference this series was VG's ability to use early pressure to take down a few early towers and then put down really deep wards which almost never got dewarded. In the first 3 games they pressured c9 safelane down early, and then Icex3 just sat in c9's jungle in addition to there being some wards, which put c9 under tremendous pressure and gave VG constantly a lot of information. In the last game VG got a few towers down, put down a ward next to c9 secret shop, deep in c9 jungle close to the hard camp, and c9 never anticipated them. It's very easy to play when you have such good vision of c9 movement and you can comfortably do ganks knowing exactly where EE for example is farming with his hero. Imo c9 never really got to play their own game because VG had so much information on them through either Icex3 camping their woods or the really deep wards that didn't get dewarded.

I can understand all the annoyance with these tournaments having MVP prizes that have nothing to do with being an MVP. DreamLeague had that laptop that was basically given to whoever the GD Studio felt like hyping.

In this case, it was probably the sponsor requiring fan vote b/c you have to register for g2a to vote.

For dreamleague though I don't think anyone would disagree that jerax deserve MVP.
