In general agi carries are a bit fucked. Nerfs to pike, eaglesong items, comeback gold, damage items (crystalis, mjolnir, nullifier).
Also gyro was utter trash if not paired with io last patch, gets lots of changes, but I think they are mostly nerfs? I think the old flak was slightly stronger, calldown is massively nerfed and the backswing doesn't really matter since you cancel it anyways. So that's more or less 0.2 strength gain for +45 secs calldown cd.

This means you have Jakiro macropyring to def while lycan splits the other lane. Forcing a TP home. Lycan TPs home and you have a 5vs4 since the one leaving can't join using his second TP. Thus forcing all back instead of the person that had travels in last patc. Worst case somebody even gets caught.
So split pushing stops pushes dead in a much bigger way now.
Though the low risk one of travelling in, shoving out the wave and then tping back got nerfed big time.
So beyond godlike before was 2040 and now is 10 * 10 (kills) * level of dying hero, so up to 3k for lvl 30.
This means that small streaks give more gold compared to large streaks than before and overall you'll probably average less unless you hit later stages of the game.
Same gold is roughly at lvl 17-lvl 21 of the hero with the spree.
New experience bounty: 30*level for 3 kill streak up to 100*level for 10 kill streak.
In other words, kill streaks early game are heavily nerfed & buffed late game (level 20+). So streaks are not OP early game but are relevant for longer time.
