Announces new DPC roster
The roster shuffle has started picking up speed again after a few calm days. Last week Kim "DuBu" Doo-young, the coach turned player late in the season, announced that he was looking for a new team. With their announcement of their new lineup, earlier today, Fnatic announced that DuBu wouldn't be the only player departing from the team. Midlaner Azel "Abed" Yusop will also be departing from the team, with former Mineski midlaner Kam "Moon" Boon Seng taking his place.
However, the most exciting news in this shuffle may be that Fnatic will pick up Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon. The young Thai safelaner made quick an impression on the Dota community after he played with Team Jinesbrus in the SEA qualifiers for TI9. The team ultimately fell short of their goal as they lost to Mineski in the grand finals of the qualifiers. Still, his impact did not go unnoticed and he will now represent Fnatic for the upcoming season.
For Fnatic this is a real power move. One can question if Moon is an upgrade to Abed but the real problem with the 2018/2019 Fnatic was weak position 1 play through the season and if 23savage can play as he did in the SEA qualifiers, Fnatic will be heading into a bright future.
