I am just a little analyst.
Yingying is a Chinese caster who first appeared at the ZOTAC Cup 2017 in June. She has been diagnosed with leukemia. SGamer Interviews went to the hospital to see her.
This interview was originally published on September 27th, 2017.
Q: Say hello to SGamers!
A: Everyone at SGamer, hello! I am Yingying, friends who like me can come and have a look at my stream channel.
Q: We are all concerned about your health. How have you been recently?
A: It is OK. It is most important to be happy.
Q: How did you get your ID? Any stories?
A: Not really.
Q: Other than recovering from your illness, what are you like in everyday life?
A: A very normal girl.
Q: We know that you are a talented girl. Tell us what you do.
A: Emmmmmmmm… I do sing better than average. I play the piano. I do some painting and dancing and caligraphy. I also do other stuff, and cooking.
Q: How did you get introduced to Dota 2? And how did you get to become a caster?
A: It’s all fate…..hahahah. No, I just like to play games and by coincidence I became a streamer. And with opportunities given by friends I got where I am today. Caster is probably too big a word. I am just a little analyst.
Q: Who is your favourite player? And which is your favourite team?
A: B-God. Because his hometown is not very far from mine. Foreign players...Miracle. Teams...Newbee and OG.
Q: Are you still paying attention to Dota 2? Have you visited SG?
A: Now I pay less attention. I used to occasionally visit SG.
Q: What is your plan now? Will you come back as a caster?
A: I am now streaming more casual stuff. Like playing the piano, cooking, and chatting. Coming back as a caster depends how well I recover. If there are opportunities, being a reporter or a host is not bad.
Q: Hope you can recover soon. And thanks to Yingying for doing this interview.
