who's a good CIS pos 5 and available?
Also with good DPC points?
The points shouldn't be a deciding factor. They need someone who fits. The two that come to mind are J4 since Planet Dog aren't a team right now anyway, or KingR because Effect is in pieces right now too. Unless Artstyle abandons his coaching gig with Virtus Pro or something...

Can someone sum up the video?
RE: Rodjer --
'We always thought he is in Na'Vi only temporarily as he was very close with VP players and VP was always the org he wanted to end up with. Our results weren't that good compared to VP, and we would never try to hold onto a player via contracts / legal means against his will. So, we signed a better paid contract with him for 2 years after Dreamhack to give us some safety; that brought us some economic benefit during the transfer.'
RE: Lil --
'We did not sign Lil because of points, that's just silly, we always liked him as a player (both the org and the team); we think the tweets etc are mostly an online persona / act kind of thing partly also inspired by his environment etc. Na'Vi has always been a friendly org and we expect to show ourselves in-game rather than with banter and twitter.'
RE: Sonneiko --
'I always liked him and believed in him from way back in TI 2015 qualifiers; it was also my idea to bring him back to Na'Vi from Vega. He accomplished a lot in Na'Vi and helped us in many ways. But even though he has grown and gained al ot of experience and wisdom with us, however some problems from the past are still there and the team's opinion of him is quite negative. I tried talking to him directly and asked him to consider some of his actions and have another talk with the team, but he refused to do so and so his departure was inevitable.
'We are now considering 4 possible candidates for the position and will announce the replacement by 5th of February. Regarding roles and captainship in the new roster, that's a question for the coaching team, we are starting a bootcamp on 9th of February and we'll have more info from XBOCT and Igor. We have good players on the team now and a good amount of points, we'll be putting in effort into solidifying this roster; in terms of leadership, both Lil and Daniil are very active and are willing to lead / split the in-game leadership roles etc. We also have good analytics yadda yadda we're very confident, I believe DotA is a team game and team atmosphere / relationships are the most important, everyone can press buttons well but understanding of teamwork and cooperation is what we need to work on the most.'
'Our goals are unchanged, we want to show a good performance at TI; we understand that we have to get there first of all, but I believe we can do it. In regards of all the hate towards Lil (his antics on twitter before) as well as Artstyle for leaving Na'Vi, please stop the grudges, everyone has their own decisions and motivations and no one was betrayed or whatever, just keep supporting us and good DotA, much <3 to everyone.'

Now swap pos5 and all good. NaVi gets Solo and VP Sonneiko. Ez.
I don't think solo will leave for navi that's like puppey leaving secret for some other team suddenly or kaka leaving newbee
I don't see a situation where captain leaves unless kicked
You gotta dream. Let's say he was against kicking Lil and doesn't want to play like that anymore. He proposes the same thing Rodjer did, and they end up doing the swap.
Of course is nuts, but who knows.
