Hi there,
I’m a first time entrepreneur and I just started to build my product. I’m looking for experts in this space and several of my friends pointed me in your direction. So I was hoping you could give me your feedback before I spent too much time building something that nobody wants.
Here’s my idea: In order to help poor peoples get in-game items I'm building aggregator of paid ADs, so anyone can watch these ADs, get paid and spend these money on Dota2 or CS:GO items.
Please let me know – you will save me several years that I’m going to spend building it otherwise

Seems like a good idea, but it will be hard to get a large audience. You will probably keep getting the same people over and over again if I had to bet.

Check Aura Kingdom's system for getting free points. They seem to have a lot of providers they link to that gives them money that they translate into in game currency.

I've seen something similar ages back where a website would give you an hour of play time of some games for watching 10 mins of ads. Never used it, but for in game items, though, it's something I'd use.

research the competition there are existing services that lets you do surveys and shit every week for small amounts of money something like that anyway

sorry for putting this here, i believe you're looking for pretty specific input. very few people have experience with a website service as a startup.
for what it's worth, i really really like the website and with some polish (with viewing, sorting, and browsing items) i'd find it user-friendly enough that i'd sit through surverys and offers just because of the convenience of it. i was pleasantly surprised by it.
there are jobs out there where people answer questionnaires for google and stuff. they earn min-wage and more, but there is a process. so in my opinion, if you minimize the process and make it as easy as possible for your members/client s, you might get enough buzz.
honestly as you know, microtransactions are the real deal these days. i have no idea if your business idea will last in the longterm or supply you and your coworkers with enough income to be worth the time and effort. never really want to have to promote a product you don't really believe in.
good luck. like your website.

The first thing that comes to mind is abusers. I'd make sure one can't autoplay ads and profit from being afk.
I don't think it's a bad idea overall, just gotta think it through. You might have missed the boat though as some others pointed out.
