So, first of all, I need to improve, I may have the skills needed to draft well, but that's only part of the problem. My individual skills are fairly bad. I am going to work on my own individual skills first. Then find players to join. The trouble I had in the past though, was players not understanding what each role does and how to play them well, they only knew how to play their own role and didn't understand what every one else was supposed to be doing. So in the future I'm going to make sure each player knows at least a basic understanding of how each role works. Another problem we had was communication, we all relied on in game chat and voice for communication, and most of us didn't have microphones. This was a big problem because we spent a lot of time trying to communicate what we were thinking, and miscommunication was common. I do not have the know how to set up Teamspeak or Mumble or anything of the sort, so I would like some help there. Finally, we had trouble scheduling games. We only organized games when all of us happened to be running Dota 2 and weren't in a game. In addition, we were all over the place timezone wise. I'm in Alaska time, another player was in SEA, another on the East coast of the US.
